HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
You do not need to be in Mallorca to plan your wedding with us.
We work through video calls, shared planning boards and regular progress reports, so you always know which decisions are pending and which are closed. When you visit the island, we organize venue visits and menu tastings in the same trip, so that your time here is used well.

Venue Selection and Site Visits
Mallorca offers an extraordinary range of settings: restored fincas in the Serra de Tramuntana, private villas above Deià, clifftop estates near Valldemossa and stately country houses around Pollença. We listen first, then shortlist only the venues that suit your guest count, style and season. We arrange the site visits, negotiate on your behalf and manage everything the venue requires.
Supplier Curation and Management
We work only with trusted suppliers we have seen perform at the highest level: photographers, florists, caterers, musicians, hair and makeup artists, rentals and more. We brief them, manage contracts and keep every conversation moving, so you deal with one point of contact instead of twenty.
Budget and Payment Schedule
A clear financial structure protects the whole project. We prepare a detailed budget, track every cost and organize a payment calendar for each supplier, so there are no surprises and no last minute pressure.
Design and Styling Direction
From a relaxed Mediterranean dinner under the olive trees to a formal black tie evening, we translate your ideas into a cohesive design. Colour palette, tablescapes, lighting, stationery and florals all work toward one atmosphere.
Legal and Ceremony Guidance
Whether you choose a civil ceremony, a religious blessing or a symbolic celebration, we guide you through the process and the paperwork required to marry in Spain as a foreign couple. Requirements vary by nationality, so we confirm the details with you early and keep every deadline on track.
Timeline and Order of Service
We write a precise timeline for the entire celebration and design the Order of Service with you, from the moment guests arrive to the final toast. Every supplier receives it, and every moment has an owner.
Guest Logistics
International guests need thoughtful planning. We coordinate accommodation, transfers, welcome drinks and any additional events across your wedding weekend, so everyone arrives rested and feels looked after.
Full Coordination on the Wedding Day
Our team is on site from the first delivery to the last departure. We manage suppliers, cue the ceremony, handle the unexpected and leave you free to be fully present.
