HOW WE WORK AND WHAT A WEDING IN MALLORCA COSTS
From the first venue visit to the last dance. We handle venue scouting, supplier management, budget, design, legal guidance, guest logistics, the welcome and farewell events and full coordination on the day.
It is our most requested service for couples planning from abroad.
For couples who have planned the wedding and booked their suppliers, and want a team beside them on the day. We hold the timeline, brief every supplier and solve problems out of your sight.
For the weekend around the wedding: one hotel for your guests, transfers, a welcome dinner, a farewell brunch and group activities. Ask us how it fits with the other two services.
WHAT DOES A WEDDING IN MALLORCA COST?
As a baseline, a high end wedding in Mallorca typically starts around €50,000 for the wedding day itself, or around €60,000 if you include additional events such as a welcome party or a farewell brunch.

WHAT OUR FEE INLUCDES
Our fee covers planning, design and coordination, including the welcome and farewell events of your weekend. On the wedding day we recommend at least two coordinators.
Larger weddings of more than 30 guests need additional assistants, which carry an additional cost, and we review it together one month before the wedding.
HOW WE PREPARE YOUR PROPOSAL

Consultation. We reply within 24 to 48 hours and arrange a video call.

Proposal. We prepare a personalised proposal with our recommended service.

Contract and deposit. Once the contract is signed and the initial fee is paid, we start working together.
