Planning a wedding in Mallorca from another country is easier when the process is clear. This is how we work with couples, from the first conversation to the last event of the wedding weekend. The order can vary with your date and your venue, but these are the stages every wedding goes through. Throughout, we keep you informed through video calls, shared planning boards and regular progress reports, so you always know where each decision stands.
FIRST CONTACT
A first conversation about your wedding.
Tell us your date, your guest numbers and the ideas you have so far through our contact form. We reply within 24 to 48 hours and arrange a video call to understand what you are looking for and to explain how we work.
FIND YOUR WEDDING VENUE IN MALLORCA
A shortlist suited to your guests and your style.
The venue sets the character of the weekend, so it is usually the first decision. We shortlist venues that fit your guest count, season and atmosphere, check what each one allows and arrange the visits when you come to the island. We have planned weddings at Son Marroig, Cap Rocat, Hotel Maricel, Son Mir, Son Togores, Finca Morneta and La Fortaleza, among others.
CHOOSE YOUR DATE
Securing the date and the venue together.
Once the venue is decided, we confirm your date with it and begin to reserve the suppliers you want for that day. We advise you on timing and on which months suit your kind of celebration.
SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTS
A trusted team on the island.
We propose photographers, florists, caterers and designers we have worked with and trust, and we manage the quotes, bookings and contracts on your behalf. We review every contract, so you know what is included before you sign.
CREATIVE DESIGN
A concept built around your story.
We develop a design concept from your ideas, covering the style, colours, materials, flowers and décor of each event. We present it with references and adjust it with you until it reflects your taste. The design is fully integrated into our planning service, and our decoration suppliers work with us on the details.
CATERING AND MENU DESIGN
A menu shaped around your guests and the island’s produce.
Once the venue and the design are settled, we turn to wedding catering in Mallorca. We shortlist caterers who suit your venue and guest count, and we arrange a tasting during your visit to the island so that you can try the dishes before deciding. Together we shape a Mediterranean menu for each event of the weekend, taking into account dietary requirements, drinks and service timings, and in the final weeks we review every detail with the caterer.
LEGAL PAPERWORK AND GUEST LOGISTICS
Everything your guests and the authorities need.
We guide you through the documents and procedures for marrying in Spain as a foreign couple, whether the ceremony is civil, Catholic or symbolic, and we explain your options before you commit to a date. We also organize accommodation and transport for your guests, so that families travelling from abroad arrive with their plans settled.

THE WEDDING DAY
We are with you from the first event to the last.
We coordinate the welcome event, the wedding day and the farewell, with at least two of our coordinators present on the wedding day. We manage the timings, the suppliers and the guests, so that you can concentrate on the celebration.
